October’s Very Own’s R&B royalty PARTYNEXTDOOR, born Jahron Anthony Brathwaite, has announced his first record this year.
Titled “Real Woman”, the single is set to feature on the “Break From Toronto” rapper and singer’s 4th studio album “PARTYNEXTDOOR 4” and will be released this Friday.
Notably, the announcement arrives amidst breakthrough R&B singer 4Batz and OVO’s rap mogul Drake joining forces for “act ii: date @ 8” remix. Reportedly, 4Batz has signed to OVO after the massive release last week.

While PARTYNEXTDOOR gears up for his 4th studio album in as many years, British R&B singer Zayn Malik has announced his studio album too. As per Malik, the record arrives later this year.
