Infamous Chicago emcee & record producer Kanye Omari West, or Ye, has flagrantly dissed Drake for the third time this year.
The notorious “Carnival” rapper, who is gearing up for the second instalment of the “Vultures” trilogy with Ty Dolla $ign this summer, has joined forces with Metro Boomin & Future for the “Like That” remix originally performed by Kendrick Lamar.
Besides Drake, West further disses “First Person Shooter” rapper J. Cole on the incendiary rap record which originally featured a lethal guest verse from Kendrick Lamar and marked the beginning of back-to-back disses among the top-tier rap artists.
Notably, West dissed Compton’s Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper Lamar ahead of the “Like That” remix.
In March, West announced that Kendrick Lamar’s verse on his marquee rap record “No More Parties In L.A.” from the 7th studio album “The Life of Pablo” was “washed” by his own.
“You know we had to get the hooligans up here to get these p—y n—as out/ Yo Dot, I got you,” Ye raps on the “Like That” remix’s intro first premiered on The Download podcast with host Justin LaBoy.
“Y’all so out of sight, out of mind/ I can’t even think of a Drake line/ Play J. Cole, get the p—y dry/ Play this s— back 130 times,” Ye says on the flagrant rap record dissing Drake & Cole.
West further refers to Drake’s massive publishing deal with Universal Music Group worth nearly $500 million and laughs at the October’s Very Own rapper’s “little bag”.
“It’s a wrap for n—–, where’s Lucian? Serve your master, n—-, you caught a little bag for your masters didn’t you? Lifetime deal, I feel bad for n—-,” Ye raps.
Besides dissing Drake & Cole, West further proclaims that he “invented drill too.”
Earlier today, West premiered the “Like That” remix on YouTube. Check it out below.
Drake is yet to respond to Kanye West’s massive diss record.
Further, Kanye West’s flagrant diss track arrives within days after Drake responded to A$ap Rocky & The Weeknd, Metro Boomin and Future, Rick Ross & more on the “Push Ups” single.
