The former member of Migos and the emcee and lyricist behind ‘Father of 4’ and Metro-Boomin produced ‘Without Warning’ Offset has “pushed back” his upcoming solo studio album. Slated to drop on November 11th 2022, the album has been pushed back amidst the ill-fated gunning down of his cousin Take-off.
Offset, Take-off and Quavo were the leading acts behind the iconic hip-hop trio ‘Migos’. While fans were highly anticipating Offset’s record, they had figured a possible delay in release after Take-off was shot dead in Houston last week.
Offset’s upcoming record will be a follow-up to his star-studded solo debut outside of Migos. Titled ‘Father of 4’, the 16-track LP featured guest appearances by J. Cole, Travis Scott, 21 Savage, Cardi B, Quavo, Gucci Mane, Gunna and Cee Lo Green and was released on February 22nd 2019. With Southside & Metro Boomin on production, the album had debuted at no. 4 on the Billboard 200 Chart that year.
The new release date is yet to be announced by Offset.
