The King of Indian Hip-Hop Badshah turns 37 today. Born in Delhi on November 19th 1985, Badshah – real name Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia – is one of the finest and perhaps, the greatest Hip-Hop act to ever live in India. Known for his avant-garde flow and high fashion, few would argue that Badshah deserves the global stardom that he has today. However, don’t get lost in the ever-expanding universe of Badshah. The lush celebrated emcee, lyricist and record producer has acquired that stardom and success through sixteen years of reinventing the Indian Hip-Hop sound, challenging the status quo and having an unparalleled ambition to either go hard or go home (and come back with another massive banger later!).
