Iconic Punjabi emcee, record producer and songwriter AP Dhillon, has announced his first single this year. Titled “Real Talk”, the single is set to release at midnight and arrives amidst high anticipation for his debut Coachella live set at the Empire Polo Club in California this summer.
Notably, “Real Talk” is the second preview shared by Dhillon this year. In January, Dhillon disrupted Punjabi music and previewed another rap record in the works. At the time, the announcement arrived just ahead of Coachella revealing its massive line-up of artists for this year.
Reportedly, Dhillon is set to join forces with marquee global rap & pop artists including breakthrough rapper Ice Spice, legendary British rapper Skepta, Ken Carson and Destroy Lonely of the Playboi Carti camp, Lil Uzi Vert, Coi Leray and this year’s headliners Lana Del Ray, Tyler, The Creator and Doja Cat.

For Dhillon, “Real Talk” is set to drop at the helm of a slew of rap records last year.
Joining forces with coveted record label Mass Appeal India, Dhillon released a slew of top-tier Dance and Hip-Hop records – “Sleepless”, Dhillon released various trendsetting records this year including “Lifestyle” & “Scars”, pop single “With You” and “True Stories” – the “GOAT” rapper cemented his spot as one of the finest emcees in global Punjabi music.
