AP Dhillon, who has been ruling the Punjabi Hip-hop and R&B scene for close to two years now, linked up with Quavo in New York City. The whole ‘Brown Munde’ crew – AP Dhillon, Gurinder Gill and Shinda Kahlon – are visiting New York after a series of sold out shows in Toronto, Canada.
After massive live concerts in Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Houston, Toronto, Chicago and New York, AP Dhillon & his crew are slated to perform in Atlanta later tonight. Titled ‘Out of this World’ tour, Dhillon will also perform in San Francisco on November 1st and Los Angeles on November 4 this year.
In December last year, Dhillon went on the ‘Takeover Tour’ during which he performed across Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Gurgaon and Goa.
AP Dhillon has had one of the most successful careers in Punjabi pop and r&b music. After his breakthrough single ‘Brown Munde’, Dhillon consistently dropped massive hits such as ‘Insane’, ‘Excuses’, ‘Foreigns’ and most recetly, ‘Summer High’ and followed it up with his debut studio album ‘Not By Chance’. Before going on a tour, Dhillon had also dropped a surprise six-track EP ‘Two Hearts Never Break the Same’ with appeareances from his long-time collaborators Shinda Kahlon and GMINXR.
Given Dhillon’s massive popularity, him meeting up with Quavo doesn’t come off as a surprise. Both of the musicians seem to be quite involved with music as Quavo dropped his highly anticipated album ‘Only Built for Infinity Links’ with former Migos’ member Take Off.
Co-incidentally, AP Dhillon & Quavo dropped their albums on 7th October, 2022.
