Mumbai’s iconic emcee, songwriter & record producer Emiway Bantai, born Bilal Shaikh, has released his latest “Independent” single. Produced by Tokyo, the flagrant single marks Bantai’s third rap single since releasing his massive 4th album “Whole Heartedly”.
Across the hard-hitting single, Bantai reminisces about his noteworthy independent rap career and flexes his “total control” over his masters. For Bantai’s ardent fans, “Independent” is a fierce rebuttal against the “Monopoly Moves” emcee King.
Ahead of the single, Bantai shared the exclusive “Independent” artwork with his ardent fans. The graphic showcases various roles which Bantai has played throughout his career which include being a gaffer, Mix & Master Engineer, a creative director and a songwriter.
“Independent” is preceded by two top-tier rap records – “One Hai Re Bhai” and “Hasbi Rabbi”.
