Breakthrough Chandigarh-bred emcee and songwriter Tricksingh and record producer Sez On The Beat have joined forces for a massive new single.
Titled “History Books”, the hard-hitting rap record serves as the 7th release from Red Bull India’s “64 Bars” series with coveted Mumbai-based label Def Jam Recordings India and captures the infectious “Nehr” rapper & singer reminiscing about his earliest struggles and laying down his plans for a top-tier stature in Indian rap music.
“History Books” is preceded by a slew of flagrant “64 Bars” releases including “Soot Samet” featuring Raga & former Gully Gang affiliate Karan Kanchan, “Minnal Pinar” featuring MC Cooper & record producer Parimal Shais, “Top Tier Talk” by the “Sambar” emcee Fejo and Shais, “Torrie Wilson” by Paal Dabba & Sez and “Vazan” by Sambata and Kanchan.

In other news, Def Jam India’s rap royalty Hanumankind and producer Kalmi have enlisted Harlem’s rap pioneer A$ap Rocky on the massive “Big Dawgs (Remix)”. First announced by HMK via Instagram this week, the extended cut traverses lethal bars by the Bengaluru-based rapper and Flacko for nearly 4 minutes.
As reported earlier, the flagrant remix arrived after HMK first previewed it during Flacko’s massive live set at Rolling Loud Thailand last month.
