Gully Gang’s ruthless emcee, songwriter and Aavrutti affiliate Sammohit has premiered a new rap record. Titled “Gang”, the atmospheric track is produced by Indian Hip-Hop superproducer Stunnah Beatz and serves as the follow-up to Sammohit’s sprawling collaborative effort with Abhijay Sharma “Stairs”.
“Gang” is Sammohit’s fifth single this year. Besides Stairs and the Stunnah Beatz-produced rap record, the young emcee linked up with MC Altaf & Zero Chill on “Industry Galat”, Shah Rule and Indian rap pioneer Ikka on “Spaceship” and Farhan Khan on “Meherban”.
Sammohit’s latest single is an abrupt departure from his usual gruff lyricism and Choppa flow and rather leans towards autotune rap against Stunnah’s affecting snares.
