Breakthrough Canadian emcee of Indian descent AR Paisley, born Amarit Rehal, has just premiered his huge new single “Only You”. Produced by rising record producer Bangla Boy, the single samples slick tunes from Hindi cinema and arrives with lethal bars from Paisley.
Notably, “Only You” arrives amidst a meteoric rise in Paisley’s prominence this year. While the Ontario-bred “What’s Beef” rapper joined forces with legendary slain emcee Sidhu Moose Wala on his 5th posthumous rap record “Drippy” earlier this month, Paisley further had a forthcoming rap record “Ballin” with Punjabi rap superstar Karan Aujla in the works too.
However, “Ballin” leaked ahead of its release last week.
“Only You” arrives alongside a massive visual cut. Directed by influential Punjabi filmmakers Preet Chahal & Savvy Singh, the music video captures Paisley’s flagrant rap life in Los Angeles.

Last year, Paisley further linked up with Punjabi gangsta rap producer and emcee Wazir Patar on his sophomore album “Street Knowledge”. Paisley’s flagrant feature on Patar’s LP was preceded by his fiery guest verse on Kr$na‘s lethal “Far From Over” EP too.
In other news, another Canada-bred rising Punjabi emcee Shubh has announced his sophomore tour. Reportedly, the “Hood Anthem” rapper will hit Australia and New Zealand this summer.
