Dave East and the iconic record producer DJ Drama have joined hands for the latest Gangsta Grillz Mixtape. Spanning 17 new tracks and clocking at just short of fifty-one minutes, the mixtape is narrated by Drama and features guest appearances by Katt Rockell, Berner, Mama Buda & Kiing Shooter. The mixtape is produced by Buda & Grandz and Mike Cuz.
The latest drop marks Dave East’s second full-length project this year. Earlier this year, the ‘Don Pablo of Harlem’ – as he is popularly known in Harlem, NY – had released HDIGH featuring Method Man, Musiq Soulchild, Benny the Butcher, Trae the Truth and more.
‘Book of David’ serves as the follow-up to DJ Drama’s last Gangsta Grillz mixtape released in collaboration with NBA YoungBoy. The nineteen-track LP featured Nicki Minaj and Yeat. Drama has released such mixtapes with Snoop Dogg and Jeezy too this year.
