Everyone knows about the thriving relationship between Champagne Papi and French Montana. Over the years, the two emcees have collaborated on a slew of hard-hitting rap bangers including ‘No Stylist’, ‘No Shopping’ and ‘Stay Schemin’ alongside the Maybach Music Group’s bossman Rick Ross.
However, Montana has now confirmed that Drizzy has executive produced an auto-biographical documentary on the legendary Moroccan rapper during a sit down with Mike Tyson on Hot Boxin’.
“It’s called For Khadija, that’s for my mother,” Montana said during the podcast. “You know she came out here and sacrificed for us. My father had left and she stayed, and she helped me become who I became, so I dedicated it to her. Drake is executive producing it.
Montana has further revealed that the documentary captures the “cultural shock” that the rapper born Karim Kharbouch had faced when he first moved from Casablanca to the Bronx when he was just 13 and how that experienced introduced him to rap.
“It’s a real immigrant story, coming from Africa — I’m from Morocco — to the Hip-Hop culture in the Bronx and really just being in culture shock. Not knowing English when I was 13 when I came. And just taking it from there.” Montana told Mike Tyson.

Last week, Montana teamed up with DJ Drama for a new project. Titled ‘Coke Boy 6’ or CB6: Money Heist Edition, the New York rapper linked up with some of the most affecting Hip-Hop artists in the U.S. including A$ap Rocky, Benny The Butcher, Jeremih, EST Gee, NAV, Sean Diddy Combs or King Combs and Tory Lanez.
The massive 29-track rap record is hosted by DJ Drama and is released under the ‘Gangsta Grillz’ banner. Notably, the project features Montana’s rest of the Coke Boys crew including Max B, DThang, Jhetta Heat, YNP Maine and the late Chinx.
