Indian rap pioneer and former Mafia Mundeer affiliate Ikka has released his debut EP. Titled “Blood Is Better Than Tears”, the NSFW project is produced by coveted record producer Sez On The Beat and traverses 4 new tracks – “F—— Umeed”, “Gojira”, “Rainy Days” and “B—/Patte Pe Patta”.
For the Delhi-based rapstar, who is further serving as a mentor at MTV Hustle Season 4 alongside Raftaar, the EP arrives amidst a slew of top-tier collaborations and releases this year.
Most recently, Ikka joined forces with Raftaar on “Hard Drive, Vol. 2” LP, King on “Monopoly Moves” LP and released his third studio album “Only Love Gets Reply”.

In other news, Punjabi emcee Karan Aujla has joined forces with “M.I.A.” record producer Jay Trak for a massive new single “Wavy”.
The hard-hitting single, which arrives amidst high anticipation for his “It Was All A Dream” India tour, is preceded by back-to-back hit records including “Sifar Safar” produced by MXRCI, “Goin’ Off” and “Winning Speech”.
Notably, “Wavy” debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 Canada chart at 7th spot last week. Aujla begins his India tour later this month.
