Hip-Hop’s superstars are slated to join forces for the concluding day of the Bacardi NH7 Weekender. Held in Pune, the final day will feature back-to-back performances by Dreamville’s iconic emcee J.I.D., Kalamkaar’s Kr$na, Hanumankind, Sez & the MVMNT, Rawal & Bharg and more.
Marking his live debut in India, J.I.D. is one of the finest rappers associated with the iconic Dreamville label. Founded by the legendary J. Cole, the label is home to hip-hop mavericks including J.I.D, Earthgang, Bas, Ari Lennox and Cole himself.
Culture Haze had earlier reported that J.I.D – real name Destin Choice Route – will headline the third day of NH7 Weekender’s 13th edition. Apart from ‘The Forever Story’ rapper, Kr$na, Hanumankind, Rawal, MC Altaf and Yashraj are slated to perform across the three-day festival.

Hanumankind – real name Sooraj Cherukat – has eastablished himself as one of the finest emcees in Indian hip-hop renowned for his exceptional lyricism and deftly crafted production. After the ‘Damnson’ rapper rose to prominence with his debut ‘Southside’ EP, the ferocious lyricist has released numerous bangers including ‘Genghis’, ‘Southside’, ‘No Hook’, ‘Skyline’ and ‘Rush Hour’.
A veteran in the Indian hip-hop scene, Kr$na released his first studio album ‘Sellout’ in 2014. From there, Kr$na has reached massive stardom and feared by various mainstream emcees in India. With a hard-hitting conforntational style and solid lyricism, the Delhi-bred rapper is one of the most recognised rapper in India today.
Kr$na has collaborated with Divine, Raftaar, Karma and Badshah among others and his discography includes hit singles such as ‘No Cap’, ‘Blowing Up’ and ‘OG’. His massive hit with Pakistan-based rap duo Young Stunners ‘Quarantine’ expanded his already massive fan base across the borders in no time.
