Kid Cudi collaborated with the American fashion designer ‘Kaws’ for an exclusive vinyl set for ‘Man on the Moon’ trilogy.
Cudi, 38, had released his debut studio album ‘Man on the Moon: The End of Day’ in 2009. With massive hits such as ‘Day ‘N’ Nite’ and ‘Pursuit of Happiness’. Cudi then followed it up with ‘Man on the Moon II: The Legend Of Mr. Rager’ the next year.
It wasn’t until ten years later that Cudi released the third installment of ‘Man on the Moon’ trilogy. With the release of ‘Man on the Moon III: The Chosen’ in December, 2020, Cudi announced the end of the iconic trilogy.
Earlier this year, the Cleveland rapper had released his 8th studio record ‘Entergalactic’. The 15-track record consists of bangers such as ‘Somewhere to Fly’ featuring Don Toliver, ‘Do What I want’, ‘New Mode’ and ‘Ignite the Love’. The album was expanded to be the soundtrack for an animated Netflix series too. Titled ‘Entergalactic’, the series had featured Cudi himself, Ty Dolla $ign, Timothee Chalamet and more.
Designed by Kaws, the merch capsule consists of Cudi’s signature astronaut bear t-shirts and Man on the Moon trilogy vinyl set.
