Amidst high anticipation for his forthcoming Wireless Festival debut, Punjabi emcee & songwriter Karan Aujla has made his massive Bollywood playback debut.
Titled “Tauba Tauba”, the notorious commercial single is produced by Geetan Di Machine‘s frequent collaborator and record producer Yeah Proof and features in Hindi film “Bad Newz” starring Indian actors Vicky Kaushal and Tripti Damri.
Notably, Aujla’s massive single arrives within days after the “Winning Speech” and “Goin’ Off” rapper joined forces with Proof, “Making Memories” producer Ikky and Kenny Beats for “Four Me” EP.
For Aujla, the single arrives ahead of his massive “It Was All A Dream World Tour“. Besides major performances and his Hindi cinema debut, Aujla is set to drop his highly anticipated studio album with a rumoured collaborative effort with Chicago’s rap royalty Lil Durk.

Earlier this year, breakthrough emcees MC Square and Talwiinder made their top-tier Bollywood playback debut too. At the time, Square & Talwiinder linked up for a feature in the Indian drama film “Teri Baaton Mei Aisa Uljha Jiya”.
In other news, Indian rap pioneer Kr$na has released his first EP this year. Titled “For The Day One$”, the project is produced by a slew of notable record producers including Bharg and Subspace and features guest verses by former Kalamkaar labelmate Karma, Pakistani rapper Faris Shafi and Lisa Mishra.
