Karachi-bred Talha Anjum has released his latest project. Titled ‘Worth the Wait’, the EP has two new singles produced by UMAIR. The two-track EP follows ‘Painkillers’ released earlier this year.
The two records are titled ‘Death Wish’ and ‘4AM in Karachi’. Clocking at just over 6 minutes, the EP portrays Anjum’s natural manifestation of modern Urdu poetry on genre-fluid 808s.

Notably, this isn’t the first time that Anjum and UMAIR have collaborated on a project. Besides ‘Painkillers’, the lyricist and producer had collaborated with India’s Calm on ‘Nevermind’. The track remains as one of the biggest releases in South Asian hip-hop this year.
