Port of Spain, Trinidad-born emcee and lyricist Theophilus London has been missing for over two months. Last seen in the SkidRow neighbourhood in Los Angeles, the rapper’s family has stated that they haven’t spoken to the ‘All Day’ rapper since July.
London is one of the most influential rap artists who often refrained from public appearances. However, the 35-year-old emcee rose to global stardom with his frequent collaborations with the legendary Kanye West and an array of musicians including Tame Impala, Raekwon, Dev Hynes, Sara Quin, and Solange. He released his first mixtape JAM! in 2008 and followed it up with his major label debut with Loverz Holiday and Timez Are Weird These Days. His last record, Bebey before his alleged disappearance was released on January 17th 2020 and featured guest verses from Lil Yachty, Raekwon, Tame Impala, Giggs and more.
Last week, London’s cousin DJ Kellz reached out to people and his fans on Instagram. “To anyone who knows anything, please reach out to me through DM or contact the LAPD,” Kellz wrote.
