Punjabi rap & pop superstar Karan Aujla, or Geetan Di Machine, has released his first solo rap record this year. Titled “Goin’ Off”, the trailblazing rap single is produced by MXRCI and arrives within days after the “Street Dreams” rapper first announced it via social media this week.
Across the flagrant single, the Punjab-bred emcee flexes his top-tier rap life over a vicious production by MXRCI reminiscent of “Drippy” – his historic posthumous collaboration with legendary slain rapper Sidhu Moose Wala.
Ahead of “Goin’ Off”, MXRCI shared the exclusive artwork with his ardent fans. Check it out below.
“Goin’ Off” arrives alongside an exclusive visual treatment directed by Boota Singh. Watch the massive music video here.
As reported earlier, Aujla is rumoured to have a collaborative effort with Chicago’s rap MVP Lil Durk on his forthcoming third studio album too.
With the release of “Goin’ Off” and his massive “It Was All A Dream” world tour set to go off this summer, the highly anticipated LP doesn’t seem far-fetched.
In other news, breakthrough Punjabi emcee Jerry has premiered his debut album “Raw”. Reportedly, the hard-hitting album is home to 7 top-tier tracks – “One of One”, “Miami Flow”, “Pricey”, “Destiny”, “Alpha”, “Tease” and “Link Up” – and arrives amidst his meteoric rise in Punjabi rap music in the past few years.
