Indian emcee, singer & songwriter King, born Arpan Chandel, has responded to Emiway Bantai‘s lethal diss track “Meet The Instagram Yapper”. At midnight, the trailblazing “Monopoly Moves” emcee, accused of falsifying his rap stardom and album sales by Bantai, clapped back on an untitled rap record against the Mumbai-bred rapper.

Across the flagrant diss track, premiered by King via his burner account “sometimesifeelrocco”, takes straight jabs at Bantai and reminds the “King of The Streets” of his top-tier catalogue which stands next to slain Punjabi artist Sidhu Moose Wala.

Further, King expressed his discomfort with Bantai mentioning his mother and downplayed the Mumbai-bred rapper’s deeply personal jabs. While the “Independent” involved the “Prove Them Wrong” emcee Bella on his third diss track, the rapper joined forces with King to close out the infamous diss record.

Notably, King involved American rappers Russ and NF on the diss record and accused Bantai of mistreating his roster.

Besides “Meet The Instagram Yapper” and “Independent”, Bantai has released an infectious drill heater “Roko 2MG” against King.

As reported earlier, Bantai’s diss has left Indian rap music extremely divided. While Bantai has dissed Hip-Hop heavyweights Kr$na and Raftaar in the past, his latest provocation arrives amidst his strong ties with Yo Yo Honey Singh.

The veteran rapper recently dissed former Mafia Mundeer affiliate Badshah who later performed at King’s massive album launch concert in Delhi.

Bantai is yet to respond to King’s incendiary diss.

In other news, British Punjabi record producer Steel Banglez is gearing up for his forthcoming single with the “Moosetape” emcee Sidhu Moose Wala and infamous drill rapper Fredo. Titled “Attach”, the single is set to have an imminent release via Nas’ coveted record label Mass Appeal.

The track drops at midnight.

King recently remembered Moose Wala amidst an exclusive interview. Watch it below if you haven’t yet.
