Chicago’s rap superstar Lil Durk, born Durk Derrick Bank, has returned to his signature grimy Hip-Hop.

The revered Only The Family affiliate, who has released various top-tier conscious rap records this year, has joined forces with “Mixtape Pluto” producer Southside, CuBeatz, TooDope & more on the flagrant new single “Monitoring Me”.

The hard-hitting record marks Durk’s slight return to “music for the streets” and arrives ahead of his rumoured collaborations with Central Cee and Punjabi emcee Karan Aujla.

Notably, “Monitoring Me” is the second lead single from Durk’s forthcoming studio album “Deep Thoughts”. Set to release on 18th October, the LP will serve as the follow-up to Smurk’s top-selling record “Almost Healed”.

In other news, Atlanta emcee Rich Homie Quan has released his debut posthumous album “Forever Goin In”. Traversing 35 new tracks, the LP features guest verses by 2 ChainzLil Tjay, Plies, SkillaBaby, Sukihana and a slew of top-tier ATL underground emcees.

Earlier today, Quan premiered the “Intro” cut from his LP.
