Indian emcee, singer & songwriter Karan Aujla has become Spotify’s “most streamed Punjabi artist in the world” this year.
For the “GOAT” songwriter, who released two top-tier records this year – “Street Dreams” album with Divine and “Four Me” EP and a slew of massive singles including the most recent Billboard charting top shotta “Wavy”, “Sifar Safar”, “Goin’ Off” and “Winning Speech”, the feat arrives just ahead of his “It Was All A Dream” India tour next week.
Notably, Divine linked up with Aujla in Mumbai last night ahead of his massive tour traversing 8 major cities including Chandigarh, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata and Jaipur.

While “Geetan Di Machine” is already at the helm of global Punjabi music, the Dubai-based “Who They?” rapper has joined forces with pop superstar Neha Kakkar, actress Nora Fatehi and record producer Jay Trak for another massive single.
Titled “Aaye Haaye”, the single features Aujla and Kakkar’s infectious verses and a top-tier cameo by Fatehi in its slick music video.
Besides the revered “Tauba Tauba” singer, the Moroccan actress joined forces with another rap superstar Badshah on his third LP “Ek Tha Raja” this summer and made a disruptive dance cameo in the former Mafia Mundeer affiliate Yo Yo Honey Singh‘s “Payal” music video.
