Legendary Indian emcee and record producer Yo Yo Honey Singh, born Hirdesh Singh, has released his new massive single “Hitman”.
Produced by the former Mafia Mundeer founder, the track is written by Singh’s frequent collaborator and lyricist Leo Grewal and breakthrough rapper Paradox. The track further serves as the soundtrack to “Fateh” film starring revered Hindi actoer Sonu Sood.
Across the hard-hitting single, which marks the coveted “Gaddi Shookdi” rapper’s abrupt departure from theatrical Punjabi Hip-Hop to trap, Singh furthers Sood’s provocative act in his forthoming Indian film releasing on January 10th.

Las week, Honey Singh disrupted Indian rap music by joining forces with Punjabi pop superstar AP Dhillon and veteran singer Jazzy B at his sold-out Delhi concert.
The “International Villager” rapper, who linked up with AP and Kahlon for a brief surprise act, performed “This Party Gettin’ Hot”, “Millionaire” from massive comeback LP “Glory” and “Jihne Mera Dil Lutiya”.

In other news, breakthrough Haryanvi rapper MC Square has joined forces with marquee record producer Sez On The Beat for “Kakori Kaand” single.
Released via Def Jam Recordings India, the single serves as a tribute to slain Punjabi emcee Sidhu Moose Wala, Nipsey Hussle, 50 Cent and rap mogul Divine.
