Top Dawg Entertainment’s Ab-Soul – real name Herbert Anthony Stevens IV – is gearing up for the next visual treatment from the Herbert LP. Earlier today, Soul shared the official trailer for ‘It Be Like That’ – the sixteenth rap record on his album.
Notably, the track is produced by the ‘Do It Myself’ rapper Russ and Tae Beast and features a guest appearance from Ab-Soul’s TDE labelmate SiR.
“My sun don’t shine no more
My light ain’t lime no more (Ain’t lime no more)
My kite don’t fly no more
My woman ain’t mine no more (Ain’t mine no more)
My words don’t rhyme no more
My life ain’t live no more (Live no more)
My heights ain’t high, they low
I ain’t got time no more
Luck ain’t on my side no more
I can’t touch the sky no more (Sky no more)
The plug don’t supply no more
I ain’t alright, I’m wrong (Alright, I’m wrong)
My pot don’t multiply, it don’t wanna divide no more,” Ab-Soul raps on the four minutes long record.

The upcoming visual treatment serves as the follow-up to Ab-Soul’s first music video from the album for ‘FOMF’. Directed by Omar Jones and Onda, Soul dropped the visuals for ‘FOMF’ or ‘F*** Outta My Face’ – the fifth track on the album, it features TDE’s Schoolboy Q a.k.a. Groovy Q and has Boi-1da, SMPLGTWY, Sounwave, OJ Finessey and Eddie Priest on production.
