Atlanta’s hard-hitting rapper and songwriter 21 Savage, born Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, has just forayed into Activision’s cult video game series Call of Duty. Reportedly, Savage will appear as an operator in multiplayer editions of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.
The “Savage Mode” rapper, who continues to drop notorious guest verses on various Hip-Hop albums this year, will be available as a playable character in Call of Duty from August 30 2023. Pegged at $19.99, the video game will further feature Savage’s predecessors Snoop Dogg and Nicki Minaj in the game too.
On the music side of things, Savage is looking at a massive year ahead of him. Reportedly, the rapper, who is on the road with Drake for the latter’s “It’s All A Blur” tour, will feature on Diddy’s first album in 17 years “The Love Album: Off The Grid”.
Most recently, Savage linked up with Lil Durk on “Almost Healed”, Nas on his 17th rap LP “Magic 2”, Young Thug on “Business is Business”, Travis Scott on “Utopia”, Metro Boomin on “Heroes & Villains” & “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” soundtrack and more.
Look out for 21 Savage’s operator bundle in Call of Duty.
