Kashmiri rap pioneer Ahmer has released two massive singles ahead of his “last mixtape”. The ruthless “I.D.” emcee, often considered the finest Koshur rap artist of our times, has linked up with marquee underground rap producer 30KEY! on “Priceless” and “Rant”.
The sprawling Kashmiri Hip-Hop records, released as a two-pack, marks Ahmer Javed’s slight return to rap music amidst testing times in his iconic career. On July 31 this year, Ahmer announced his “Last Mixtape” marking his shocking retirement from rap music.
However, the rap records hint otherwise and have fans awaiting more music by the cult Srinagar-born rap figure.
“Priceless”, the first single of the two-pack, features additional vocals by underground Kashmiri emcee Qafilah & further record production by Ezra Monyoto.

Ahead of the announcement, Ahmer dropped three flagrant singles – “Bilya” featuring fierce emcee Tufail Nazir and “Evil Eye” featuring Nazir alongside the Kashmiri rapper’s Straight Outta Srinagar affiliate Arsalan Afreen. The tracks were produced by 30KEY! and Xplicit respectively.
Ahmer’s “last mixtape” is expected to arrive independently. After a historic run with Azadi Records, which included his massive breakthrough debut “Little Kid, Big Dreams” and 12-track rap classic “AZLI”.
