Punjabi Hip-Hop/Rap and Pop superstar AP Dhillon, born Amritpal Singh Dhillon, has just previewed new music.
Earlier today, the hard-hitting Punjabi emcee, who most recently linked up with his frequent collaborator Shinda Kahlon on the “True Stories” single, shared a brief clip which captures him amidst a studio session as he jokingly asserts that he forgot to “hit the record button”.

Dhillon’s single arrives amidst high anticipation for his debut headlining set with global rap superstar Don Toliver. Reportedly, Dhillon and Toliver will join forces with marquee Punjabi Hip-Hop artists and superproducers including Intense, Ikky, Boi1-Da, Inderpal Moga, Chani Nattan, Sunny Malton and Jassa Dhillon at the “Summerhigh Fest”.
While Dhillon shared a raw preview, the “Brown Munde” emcee fell short of revealing further details about his forthcoming single. Last month, Punjabi Hip-Hop superproducer Steel Banglez confirmed a new rap record with Dhillon. Whether it’s the same track remains to be seen.
Dhillon’s announcement arrives amidst another massive confirmation of a new album. Earlier today, Punjabi Hip-Hop superstar Karan Aujla announced his long-awaited album with Ikky. Titled “Making Memories”, the album is slated to drop on August 18th this year.
Look out for AP Dhillon’s new single.
