Punjabi Hip-Hop/Rap and R&B pioneer Karan Aujla, born Jaskaran Singh Aujla, has just premiered the third visual treatment from his hard-hitting pop record “Making Memories”.
The legendary Punjabi emcee and singer, who linked up with Punjabi superproducer Ikky on the album, has now released the “Jee Ni Lagda” music video and continues to further the impact of his affecting nine-track album.
Directed by Rupan Bal, the provocative music video captures Aujla’s far-reaching superstar life as he goes through zesty champagne problems in a relationship. Notably, Aujla’s latest visual treatment serves as the follow-up to “Try Me”.
Released alongside his album, the massive music video was released in an unprecedented partnership with Formula 1’s Alfa Romeo Stake team and features professional motorsport drivers Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu.

Earlier this month, Aujla’s “Bacthafu*up” follow-up razed through the Billboard Canadian Albums Chart to debut at the 5th spot. The massive debut, which marked the biggest Billboard Canada debut by an artist of Indian descent in recent times, within days after the album’s lead single “Admirin’ You” debuted at the 29th spot on Billboard Hot 100 Canada.
As reported earlier, Aujla’s “Making Memories” album now paves the way for his massive global tour.
In August this year, Aujla abruptly announced the “Making Memories World Tour”. Reportedly, the “Yeah Naah” emcee confirmed the world tour as early as January this year. Aujla, who made an appearance at the Cool Kicks’ sneaker show on YouTube, confirmed his plans for a massive world tour at the time.
“We’re starting our global tour end of this year… especially in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Canada… I just did shows in England and stuff,” Aujla said.
