After High Anticipation, Indian Hip-Hop Superstar Badshah Releases ‘3:00 A.M. Sessions’ EP

Indian Hip-Hop’s global superstar Badshah has finally released his highly anticipated EP ‘3:00 A.M. Sessions: The Self-Care Playlist’ EP. The latest project arrives after Badshah pushed forward the release date earlier this week amidst last-minute changes and added two more tracks to the album.

Notably, Badshah’s latest project includes his recent top-selling record ‘Players’ with Karan Aujla and ‘Bas Ke Bahar’ released last year. Besides these two records, the tracklist includes Hiten-produced ‘Khair..’, ‘Ichiban’, ‘Too Many Hearts’, ‘Sanak’ & ‘Fast Cars’. However, ‘Ya Nahi’ featuring Payal Dev doesn’t find a spot on ‘3:00 A.M. Sessions’.

Over the years, Badshah has released numerous singles over the years under the ‘3:00 A.M. Sessions’ banner. Riveting, personal and hard-hitting, such records showcase Badshah switching productions and lyricism from his signature lavish experiences to surreal and more intimate settings. However, the records including ‘Interstellar’, ‘Ilzaam’ and ‘Therapy’ didn’t appear on the EP as well.

Amidst releasing some of the biggest rap records across the globe, Badshah has often opened up about his longing for artistic freedom and independence from the stardom that he has garnered for himself. Within just hours after the release of ‘the 3:00 A.M. Sessions’ EP, Badshah urged his fans to listen to the album without any burdening expectations.

“It is not an album of the year. It’s not going to break any records. Just listen. I just want you to hear a few songs I’ve made for you. Please.” Badshah said in a moving message on IG.
