As anticipation for his forthcoming rap album “International Villager 2” continues to rise, legendary Punjabi emcee, record producer and songwriter Yo Yo Honey Singh, born Hirdesh Singh, has announced another sequel to another track from his top-selling rap record “Desi Kalakaar”.
After premiering the sequel to “Desi Kalakaar” titled “Kalaastar” from the forthcoming album, Honey Singh now gears up for a sequel to “Love Dose” – the 2nd rap record from the West Delhi-bred rapper’s sophomore studio album.
First released nearly 10 years ago as part of Honey Singh’s disruptive rap LP, “Love Dose” has nearly 600 million streams on Spotify & YouTube alone.
At the time of its release in October 2014, the flagrant commercial rap record featured a guest appearance by Indian actress Urvashi Rautela in its visual cut.
Notably, “Kalaastar” – the sequel to “Desi Kalakaar” track from the veteran rapper’s sophomore album – stormed the internet upon its release in October last year. At the time, the single’s visual cut was watched well over 20 million times within just 7 hours of its release and debuted at the top spot on Billboard India Charts.
As per Yo Yo Honey Singh, the “Love Dose” sequel titled “Vigdiya Heeran” is set to release on March 15, 2024 and will feature Rautela. Check out the exclusive artwork via Instagram below.

Besides “Vigdiya Heeran”, Honey is gearing up for at least 3 major rap records.
Reportedly, Yo Yo Honey Singh & another legendary emcee Bohemia have their debut collaborative effort in the works. Further, Honey Singh is set to release “Gaddi Shookdi” and his debut collaboration with Indian rap superstar Emiway Bantai later this year too.
In other news, former Mafia Mundeer affiliate Badshah premiered the lead single of his forthcoming studio album last week. Titled “Daaku”, the massive rap record is set to feature on “Ek Tha Raja” LP.
