Delhi’s marquee rapper, record producer & songwriter Prabh Deep has just announced his new forthcoming project. Reportedly, the iconic rap artist is working on an extended play version of his debut LP “Tabia”.
Released in March 2021, “Tabia” is one of the most influential Indian Hip-Hop albums built entirely by Prabh and features flagrant rap records including “Qafir”, “Tabia”, “Paapi”, “Preet”, “Taqat”, “Waqaf” & more.
As per Prabh, the “Tabia: Extended Play” is slated to arrive sometime next year.
For Prabh, the sprawling announcement arrives amidst an unprecedented rise in his stature in Indian rap music despite jarring turbulence in his rap career.
While the “Classikh” parted ways with coveted record label Azadi Records earlier this year, the young emcee seems undeterred than ever.
This year, Prabh linked up with top-selling rap artists including Kalamkaar’s bossman Raftaar, former Azadi Records labelmates Seedhe Maut, Koshur rap pioneer Ahmer and more on “Bhram Deluxe”.
The hard-hitting LP arrived after Prabh’s debut collaborative effort with Raftaar. Titled “PRAA”, the four-track EP is home to Indian rap classics “Trap Praa”, “Hello”, “Badnaam” and “Abbu”. The project was further followed by Prabhdeep’s avant-garde debut at this year’s Coke Studio India.
Prabh Deep is yet to reveal any further details about the forthcoming project.
