North Carolina’s legendary emcee, record producer and Dreamville CEO J. Cole, born Jermaine Lamarr Cole, has just released his new single.

Allegedly titled “Might Delete Later” or “Powered Up” per Genius, the top-tier single is released through an Instagram burner account “mightdeletelater” and has yet to surface on streaming platforms.

Notably, the single arrives as part of Cole’s “Big As The What?” Tour Vlog featuring “First Person Shooter” rapper Drake. While the vlog, presented by Cole World Entertainment, captures fans and artists amidst the raging tour across the U.S., its the unreleased rap record which has disrupted American rap music.

Across the single, Cole exalts unprecedented confidence and compares his forthcoming studio album to “Reasonable Doubt” by Jay-Z.

“Yeah, said I was finished, but I’m on another two summers
Hall of famer, hungrier than all the new comers
N—– swear they compare, but the truth humble
They can f— one twelve, you couldn’t do numbers
Hey, tell the label I got As all throughout Math
That mean I’m king of the numbers and I count fast
You know it’s money that you owe me, n—– phony
And I’m Joaquin Phoenix, walk the line, I’m about cash
Benjamin Button gettin’ younger as the hours pass
Should do the freshman cover twice, I’m never outclassed
There’s not a rap n—- breathin’ that can outlast
The Fall Off is like Hov droppin’ Reasonable Doubt last,”
Cole raps on the flagrant rap record.

While Cole is yet to reveal any further details about his forthcoming album, the “No Role Modelz” rapper confirmed that he and Hip-Hop superproducer Metro Boomin linked up the night before the vlog was filmed.

“I was with him (Metro) in the studio the other night. Everything is… just confident steps. You’re not judging it, you’re not thinking about it,” Cole said in the vlog.

Last year, Cole was featured on a slew of iconic rap projects including “Pink Friday 2” by Nicki Minaj, “For All The Dogs” and “For All The Dogs: Scary Hours Edition” by Drake, “Almost Healed” by Lil Durk and “I Told Them…” by Burna Boy.
