Breaking: Punjabi Rap Superstar Gurinder Gill Announces New Music

Punjabi Hip-Hop and gangsta rap pioneer Gurinder Gill has just announced new music. The rapper, who has oftentimes released extremely influential Punjabi rap records of our times, has seemingly confirmed new music through social media. Earlier this morning, the “Droptop” emcee shared the exclusive artwork to his next single, perhaps an EP or even a full-length album.

Gill hasn’t revealed any further details about the record, including the record’s name or title. However, the towering Punjabi gangsta rap, R&B and pop artist has stirred conversations amidst high anticipation across the globe.

Besides working with AP Dhillon, GMINXR and Shinda Kahlon on cult rap records including “Brown Munde”, “Foreigns”, “GOAT”, “Take Over” and more, Gill is behind ruthless bars on hard-hitting records “Don’t Test” and “Majhail” too.

While the young emcee has risen to global prominence with over a billion plays last year, Gill is gearing up for solo music after a long hiatus. Gill was heard on AP Dhillon’s “Hidden Gems” EP on November 21st 2021 which featured AP’s top-selling Punjabi pop records “Desires”, “Majhe Ale”, “War” and “Against All Odds”.

In fact, Gill’s last solo worldwide record “Don’t Test” was released on March 27th 2020. A far-reaching global rap superstar out of Punjab’s Ammy Bussowal village, ‘GG’ often links up with rap pioneers Money Musik, Steel Banglez, Quavo, Nav and AP around the globe.

In September 2020, Gill featured alongside the late Sidhu Moose Wala in the “Brown Munde” music video. The record, which further included AP’s incendiary verse, GMINXR and Shinda Kahlon, established the artists’ statures as some of the greatest emcees and singers on the come-up.
