British R&B singer of Pakistani descent Zayn Malik has just announced his first album in nearly 3 years. The top-tier emcee and songwriter, who recently linked up with rising Karachi band Aur on the “Tu Hai Kahan” single, has confirmed that his forthcoming record is arriving soon and “the zrought is over”.
Zayn dropped an affecting album trailer for his fans alongside the massive announcement.
“I think the intention behind this album fully is for the listener to get more insight on me personally as a human being. My ambitions, my fears and for them to have a connection with that… and that’s why it’s so raw, you know. It’s just me writing this,” Zayn says amidst the trailer.
“I didn’t want anybody else to be in between me and the music… and the music and the people listening to it,” Zayn said further.
The “Still Got Time” singer further previews an alleged lead single from the forthcoming record.

Malik is yet to reveal any further details about his album.
In other news, October’s Very Own mogul and rap superstar Drake has teased a remix of 4Batz’s breakthrough single “act ii: Date @ 8”. Reportedly, the remix is produced by Drizzy’s frequent collaborator and superproducer Noah “40” Shebib.
