Punjab’s young emcee and songwriter on the come-up Tricksingh, born Tirath Sandhu, has just released two new singles. Titled “Lowkey” and “Samjh Na Aundi”, the affecting alternative rap records arrive amidst high anticipation for new music by the Punjab-bred artist.
Notably, the hard-hitting singles arrive after tricksingh recently made his major label debut with “Shor”. Released through Def Jam Recordings India, the track captured the flagrant rapper’s infectious choppa flow inspired by global trap and Punjabi vernacular.
With the latest releases, one of which “Lowkey” is produced by underground rap producer Eyepatch, Tricksingh is gradually becoming one of the consistent emcees on the come-up this year.
Besides “Shor” and the two new records now, Tricksingh dropped “5 AM In Punjab” and “Desh Ki Awaaz”.
Tricksingh is yet to release the visual treatments, if any, to his sprawling new release.
