Legendary Punjabi emcee, rapper and record producer Yo Yo Honey Singh continues to break records with his hard-hitting rap music. The iconic rap artist, who continues to break the internet with the massive release of “Kalaastar”, has now razed through Billboard India charts with the track’s prequel “Desi Kalakaar” after 9 years.
The historic rap record first featured on Honey Singh’s cult rap LP “Desi Kalakaar” on September 26th 2014 and is often considered one of the most influential commercial rap records in Indian Hip-Hop music.
Notably, “Desi Kalakaar” first debuted at the 19th spot on Billboard India Charts last week. Ever since then, the track has jumped multi-folds and now peaked at the 5th spot.
Yo Yo Honey Singh is one of the many artists with a huge impact on Billboard charts this year. Most recently, Diljit Dosanjh’s iconic 17th album “Ghost” debuted at the Billboard Canadian Albums Chart with the 5th spot.
Further, Divine & Sidhu Moose Wala’s “Chorni”, Karan Aujla’s “Making Memories” Album and Shubh’s debut album “Still Rollin” razed through Billboard Canada earlier this year.
