Emiway Bantai Pays Tribute to Sidhu Moosewala

Indian Hip-Hop superstar Emiway Bantai shut down Delhi at the two-day Zomaland fest. Performing at the Jawahar Lal Nehru in New Delhi, the iconic emcee performed a slew of his biggest hits including the trap-heavy ‘Machayenge’, ‘Guess’, his latest single ‘Pyaar Hai’, ‘Tribute to Eminem’ and more.

Notably, Emiway debuted ‘Pyaar Hai’ for the first time during a live set. Released on December 10th 2022, the track is produced by Hippy Jack and clocks in at just short of three minutes. The latest track is one which no one saw coming and marks Bantai’s abrupt departure from hard-hitting sounds including ‘King of the Streets’ and ‘Guess’ released last month.

However, Emiway Bantai didn’t fall short of paying his tribute to the late Sidhu Moosewala during the concert. Bantai took the crowd by storm by providing adlibs to Sidhu Moosewala’s massive hit ‘So High’ playing in the background. Watch the clip below.

Notably, this isn’t the first time that the iconic ‘8 Saal’ rapper has given Moosewala his flowers. Earlier this month, Bantai paid a solid tribute to the late Punjabi Hip-Hop superstar during his live set in Punjab. played The Kidd-produced ‘295’ and paid Moosewala his flowers. Further, the ‘King of the Streets’ did Moosewala’s signature move too and had a massive crowd turned up.

The legendary Punjabi Hip-Hop superstar Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead by unidentified gunmen on May 29th 2022. Ever since the, Indian Hip-Hop has consistently mourned his loss numerous times.
