Indian Hip-Hop’s ferocious emcees Gravity and Muhfaad are gearing up for a hard-hitting rap record. Produced by Outfly, the young rappers have confirmed that the single is slated to release on February 25th 2023.
Earlier today, Gravity provided an exclusive preview of the track. The single is expected to release alongside an Aman Shrichandani-directed visual treatment upon its release. Check it out below.
Notably, ‘Robbery’ is speculated to be a massive departure from Gravity’s lesser aggressive vocals on ‘Malaal’ EP. Released in December last year, the project features ‘Na Jaana Door’, ‘Aankh Micholi’, ‘Raahat Chaahat’ f/ Siyahi, ‘Seenazori’ and ‘Alvida’. Notably, the EP is written and produced by the young emcee and has Outfly and Neil CK assisting the production.
Gravity rose to prominence after his ferocious performances at MTV Hustle. The young rapper shocked the MTV Hustle jury and the participants with his flagrant snarls and stunning pen game over rap, drill and grime music at the show. The young rapper was also noted for his resemblance with the late New York drill rapper Pop Smoke
For Muhfaad, the track arrives within weeks after ‘Sound Update’. Released earlier this year, the single captured Muhfaad in his elements and consisted of exceptional bars. Muhfaad – real name Gaurav Pal – has a massive discography spanning over thirty tracks and has established himself as one of the finest icons in Indian Hip-hop today. With a solid hold over his extremely loyal fanbase, Muhfaad is revered by his fans across India.
