Over the weekend, Indian emcee, songwriter & entrepreneur King, born Arpan Chandel, put on perhaps the biggest rap concert of the summer in Northern India. Performing at the Indira Gandhi Stadium with nearly 6,000 ardent fans, the “Monopoly Moves” rapper performed his latest rap LP in its entirety and brought out legendary Indian rappers Badshah & Ikka.
Besides the three Indian rap behemoths sharing the stage, Raga, Sikander Kahlon, Bella, Yashraj, Gravity and more joined forces for a trailblazing live set which lasted for nearly two hours.
During the concert, King performed his latest top-tier records including “Goat Shit”, “Kodak”, “Way Bigger”, “Still The Same”, “Mashiney”, “War Cry” and MC Stan-assisted “F— What They Say”.
