Dreamville’s J.I.D. is in Pune for a headlining set at the NH7 Weekender in Pune. While he gears up to make his live debut in India, the ‘Surround Sound’ is hunting for gold jewelry ahead of its show. After his “efforts came short”, the legendary emcee turned to his fans for help.
Earlier today, J.I.D. asked his fans to help him in finding a fly jewelry store in the city. “I been looking for good gold (specifically rings) while out here in India, my efforts have come short.. who has the fly local jewelry here” J.I.D. wrote on his IG.
Marking his live debut in India, J.I.D. is one of the finest rappers associated with the iconic Dreamville label. Founded by the legendary J. Cole, the label is home to hip-hop mavericks including J.I.D, Earthgang, Bas, Ari Lennox and Cole himself.
J.I.D. is slated to perform in Pune tonight alongside Kalamkaar’s Kr$na, Hanumankind, Sez & the MVMNT, Rawal & Bharg and more.
Earlier this year, J.I.D. released his third studio album The Forever Story. Released on August 26th 2022, the LP featured guest appearances from Kenny Mason, Earthgang, 21 Savage, Baby Tate, Lil Durk, Ari Lennox, Yasiin bey, Lil Wayne, Johnta Austin, Ravyn Lenae and Eryn Allen Kane.
