Jazzy B Remembers the ‘Superstar’ Sidhu Moosewala

In a recent interview with Brit Asia TV, Punjabi Hip-Hop’s veteran superstar Jazzy B opened up about Sidhu Moosewala. Jazzy B – real name Jaswinder Singh Bains – is often considered by many to be one of the most influential and founding fathers of Punjabi rap music.

“People like Sidhu, he wasn’t a star. He was a superstar. Stars, I think, come every ten years. Superstars come after 100 years, bro. you know, I think we just lost a great talent, you know. This guy was only 28 years old and just imagine how he was gonna grow with his music, with his lyrics… you know representing the turban around the world. It’s a shame what happened but we still need to keep going and keep fighting for his justice” Jazzy B said.
