Kashmir’s lethal rappers Arsalan Afreen “Aatankki” and Tufail Nazir, who together helm independent Koshur act Straight Outta Srinagar, have released their massive EP.
Titled “Taryaq”, or antidote, the project is produced by breakout Kashmiri producer 30KEY! and traverses 6 new tracks – “Codistar”, “Wallah”, “Afsurda”, “Banger”, “Awara” and “Maula”.
For the incendiary “Kill ‘Em” rappers, the EP arrives amidst their infamous feud with Seedhe Maut which first went down this summer. At the time, Straight Outta Srinagar and the Delhi-bred rapstars dissed each other on a slew of fierce tracks.

In other news, Karachi’s rap superstar Talha Anjum and record producer Umair have released their debut LP “My Terrible Mind” with Nas‘ coveted record label Mass Appeal.
The top-tier two-disc LP traverses 16 tracks with “Disc 1” consisting of Anjum’s unruly bars about his firm stature in South Asian rap music.
The “Disc 2” captures the “Kaun Talha” rapper addressing champagne problems and reminiscing about his rare come-up.
