Weezy F. Baby a.k.a. Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. a.k.a. Lil Wayne’s lead single from his sixth studio LP Tha Carter III ‘Lollipop’ has been certified diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America. Notably, the Jim Jonsin & Deezle-produced track was Wayne’s first record to top Billboard Hot 100 in 2008 and went to win the ‘Best Rap Song’ at the Grammy Awards.

Hours after Wayne received the news, the legendary emcee shared a clip in which he was seen unboxing the diamond plaque.

“Lollipop, my first Diamond record,” Wayne said in the short clip. “10 million singles sold; not streams. 10 million singles.”
