Meek Mill Raps Over ‘Eye of The Tiger’ Ahead of ‘Flamerz 5’

Philadelphia’s iconic emcee behind some of the most influential modern hip-hop projects including ‘Dreams and Nightmares’, Championships’ and ‘Dreams Worth More Than Money’ Meek Mill was seen dropping bars over a remixed ‘Eye of the Tiger’ by Survivor. Clocking in at just over three minutes, the preview “for promotional purposes” comes just ahead of Mill’s Flamerz 5 mixtape slated to release on November 21st.

‘Eye of the Tiger’ is one of the biggest top-selling pieces of music by American rock band ‘Survivor’ and served as the theme song for the 1982 film ‘Rocky III’. “Every time I fall, I go even harder. Every time I lose, I go even smarter” Mill raps over the remixed record. Check it out below.

This isn’t the first time that Mill has dropped bars over other artists’ tracks to promote his upcoming mixtape. Last week, the Philly-native rapped over DJ Khaled’s ‘God Did’ f/ Jay-Z, Rick Ross & Lil Wayne as well. The remixed preview showcases Mill flexing the massive amount of wealth that he has collected after a successful run as a hip-hop superstar. Check out that preview below if you haven’t yet.

Look out for Flamerz 5 on November 21.
