Nas Slated to Headline Madison Square Gardens

The legendary rapper and hip-hop mogul Nasir Jones – a.ka. Nas – has announced that he’ll be performing at the Madison Square Gardens, N.Y. in February next year. Following the release of ‘King’s Disease III’, the ‘N.Y. State of Mind’ rapper will be hitting the Square Garden for the first time.

“JUST ANNOUNCED: Nas will perform at The Garden on Fri, Feb 24! King’s Disease Trilogy – One Night Only!” Madison Square Gardens wrote on its Instagram.

The one-night concert is set to take place on February 24th. Earlier this year, Nas had hit the road with the iconic hip-hop group ‘Wu-Tang Clan’ and Busta Rhymes and performed 25 live sets across the U.S. and Canada including performances in Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles and Toronto.

On Friday, Nas released his fourteenth studio album ‘King’s Disease III’. Spanning 16 records with one bonus track, the Queens-hailing emcee’s album includes ‘Legit’, ‘Ghetto Reporter’, ‘Thun, ‘Michael & Quincy’, ‘First Time’ and more. The LP clocks in at 52 minutes and doesn’t have any guest appearances. This is in stark contrast with Nas’ previous ‘King’s Disease’ installments which featured guest appearances by Eminem, Lauryn Hill, Blxst, Lil Durk, A$ap Ferg, Fivio Foreign, Big Sean, Don Toliver, Charlie Wilson and more.
