Pharrell Williams & Travis Scott Drop ‘Down in Atlanta’

Virginia Beach-based iconic record producer and streetwear designer Pharrell Williams has released his highly anticipated single ‘Down In Atlanta’. Featuring the ‘Astroworld’ emcee and another legendary record producer in Hip-Hop Travis Scott, the record clocks in at just short of three minutes.

“Down in Atlanta / Stayed at the Centerfold
Downstairs my Aventador / You should have seen it / Down in Atlanta / At the Graveyard Tavern / You thought you seen a ghost
It’s just where the Phantoms are” Scott raps on the single.

Williams had first teased the record last month when he was seen grooving to his new production in a Cactus Plant Flea Market X Human Made ‘Tree Hugger’ green hoodie and track-pants. The single, which was originally slated to release on November 4th, was delayed amid former Migos’ emcee Take-off’s death.

This isn’t the first time that Pharrell & Scott are coming together for a collaborative effort. In fact, the single is the third such collaboration between the two emcees and follows Rodeo’s ‘Flying High’ and ASTROWORLD’s ‘SKELETONS’.

As per reports, ‘Down in Atlanta’ might just be the second lead single to Pharrell’s forthcoming third studio album Phriends. The single serves as the follow-up to ‘Cash In, Cash Out’ released in June. The hit single featured 21 Savage and Tyler, The Creator.
