Quavo & Takeoff have released the music video for ‘Messy’ – the 12th record on their debut album together. Titled ‘Only Built for Infinity Links’, the star-studded studio album was released on 7th October through Quality Control Music/Mo Town Records and featured guest appearances by YSL’s Young Thug and Gunna, Summer Walker, YoungBoy Never Broke Again and more.
The DJ Durel-produced track first caught the attention of many after Quavo refrenced his ex-girlfriend and rapper Saweetie’s appearance on Yung Miami’s podcast on the track.
Fans have also begun speculating whether Quavo referred to Saweetie in the music video as well. The rapper is seen performing Messy’s outro in an elevator. Well, the former Migos frontman and Saweetie got into an elevator scuffle two years ago and that led to the two rapper’s parting ways.
