Quavo and Take-off have released their highly anticipated debut collaborative album ‘Only Built for Infinity Links’. The project is named after Wu-Tang Clan’s ‘Only Built 4 Cuban Linkx’ after Quavo revealed that Raekwon has blessed the duo to do so. “It was all love. We gave him respect and let him know that it would be an honour. We told him it was inspired by y’all, and we most definitely got respect for the OGs.” Quavo said.
The 18-track project features appearances from Young Thug and Gunna on “Chocolate, Mustard on “See Bout It,” YoungBoy Never Broke Again on “To The Bone,” ” Summer Walker on “Mixy,” Birdman on “Big Stunna” and Gucci Mane on “Us vs. Them”. The production on the album was done by the likes of Murda Beatz, DJ Durel, Money Musik, Budda Beats and more.
The artwork is a close rendition of ‘Only Built 4 Cuban Linkx’ in which Quavo and Take-off are seen posing as Raekwon and Ghostface Killah. The rappers sport a padded denim jacket and 5-pocket denim pants from YEEZY GAP ENGINEERED BY BALENCIAGA.
