South London’s iconic Punjabi emcee, record producer and filmmaker Raf-Saperra, born Adeel Sardar Khan, has premiered his major label debut “Ranjha”. The single is produced by Taj Aulakh & originally composed by Raf and arrives through the coveted record label Mass Appeal India.

The flagrant Punjabi Hip-Hop record is Saperra’s first since releasing his provocative genre-bending mixtape “Ruff Around The Edges” in March this year. The 19-track magnum opus is a vivid concoction of various influences from Punjabi folk, South Asian Cinema and gruesome Old School Hip-Hop.

The single now paves the way for his debut EP “5 Deadly Venomz” with Nas‘ record label. Raf is yet to announce an exclusive visual cut of the huge rap single.

Just ahead of announcing “Ranjha”, Raf linked up with Nas’ prodigy and marquee label affiliate Dave East on “Baywatch (Eastmix)”.

Raf’s exclusive partnership with Mass Appeal India has fans anticipating a shocking collaboration between Harlem’s Hip-Hop royalty and himself.

In 2019, Indian rap mogul Divine and Dave East linked up on Phenom The Don-produced “Remand” – the 7th rap record on the former’s mega-classic LP “Kohinoor”.

The debut LP was released through Mass Appeal India and marked Divine’s first full-length project as well.

Look out for the ‘5 Deadly Venomz’ EP by Raf-Saperra.
