Punjab’s the late Sidhu Moosewala has a posthumous collaborative effort with the ‘Her Loss’ rapper Drake. In an Instagram post, Brit Asia TV had confirmed that “a track with @champagnepapi is happening and will be out in the future.”
Sidhu Moosewala and Drake’s collaborative effort has been rumored for years. The two legendary rappers had teased a collab on their social media numerous times. However, the collab, when released now, will be posthumous much like ‘Vaar’ – which released yesterday – and ‘SYL’ released posthumously earlier this year. Moosewala was shot dead on May 29th this year by unidentified gunmen.
Soon after Moosewala’s death, Drake paid his tributes to the rapper by playing ‘295’ and ‘G-shit’ on his debut radio show ‘Table for One’ on SiriusXM Radio’s Sound42 channel. Later, Drizzy sported an “R.I.P. Sidhu Moosewala T-shirt 1993-2022” on the first day of OVO Fest in Toronto.
